Microsoft maps WinPhone 7 path for iPhone coders

Microsoft continues to struggle to get its Windows 7 Phone update to work with certain models of Samsung mobile phones.
The first was unveiled Skype, which will benefit from deeper access to hardware for the Mango, such as the microphone.
Microsoft has temporarily stopped sending Windows 7 Phone updates to Samsung Omnia7 phones, according to a posting on Microsoft Windows 7 Phone blog, due to a technical problem with the service pack for this model, said Michael Stroh, a Microsoft technology writer and member of the development team that created the mobile operating system.
The demo of the application does not refer to video chat, but Mango does not support the camera in front so far.

Skype will be ready in the fall, as Microsoft said, when Mango would be available.

Such programs already exist, an example is LG's own tools.
Angry Birds from the Rovio was finally confirmed for Windows 7 Phone.
No Mango functions required by the program, but it will support multitasking.
The application is expected to reach Windows Phone Market Place on 25 May.
It is a tumultuous history that Microsoft has had with the game and the company had problems with the Rovio by creating an icon for the game in a mockup, but the developer had never promised to port the game over.
WP7 has been moving relatively quickly compared to other mobile stores and now has about 15,000 applications.
This is more than Hewlett Packard WebOS App Catalogue or BlackBerry App World.
The low level of telephone sales of the platform, as well as the relative novelty has still kept it back, IOS has over 350 000 applications and the Android Market is 120 000 or even more.
