But with new devices that iPad and many people out there who own the iPod touch, they may not be interested in owning an iPhone too.
Android Phone WebOS or Windows 7 may be more to their taste.
We hope to reflect more in the future by taking a hands-on with multiple devices.
The first such handset HTC Arrive, a Windows 7 phone on the Sprint network.
We will take it through its paces over the next two weeks.
As some readers may know, we want to really put these phones in the test.
It is difficult to give a real impression after only a day or two of use.
Two weeks allows us to use the device and see how it works in the real world.
It is our hope that this could be the start of many such product reviews to come.
Early, we can say we like what we see so far.
