Nokia's Windows Phone 7 handsets leaked

NEW DELHI: There is much speculation about Windows 7 Phone Nokia-based smartphones.
April 19, 2011 by Caroline The forthcoming Windows 7 Phone Nokia smart phones have been at the core of many rumors recently, including last week's suggestion that Nokia and Nokia W7 W8 is the first Nokia phones WP7.
In fact, the leaked specs sheet of the two Nokia Windows 7 Phone based phones doing the rounds online.
Now we have an insight into Nokia's plans when it comes to Windows phone-based devices.
According to Mobile Review, Nokia is preparing two Windows 7 Phone models called Nokia W7 and W8.
According to the guys over at Mobile Review, Nokia is changing the mind often with regard to these new mobile phones - including the naming of the new Nokia phones WP7.
Nokia X7-inspired W7 will feature a WVGA screen, QSD8250 Qualcomm chipsets, Windows phone OS 7 and 8 megapixel camera.
As the site states: All in all, everything about Windows 7 Phone and Nokia is changing on a daily basis and all decisions are taken very quickly in a race against time.
The handset is expected to hit the market by 2011 end.
However, it is likely that the new phones will come with the W prefix, attaching the new Nokia phones with the Microsoft OS WP7.
Nokia W8, similar to the popular Nokia N8, will feature a dual core CPU and Qualcomm Adreno 320 GPU.
Regardless of the lack of naming security, the company is said to have 4 Windows phone handsets currently in development.
It will sport a 12 megapixel shooter.
The first unit to land on the market is expected in early 2012, but Elop wants to see the first products of Christmas 2011, but most likely they will be ready in late January or February 2012.Nokia is set to launch a Windows telephone version of the Nokia X7 place.
W8 is expected to arrive in early 2012.
This new phone will feature a WVGA screen and a QSD8250 Qualcomm chipsets.
The leaked report also claims that Nokia has moved away from Microsoft's Windows 7 Phone imposed hardware requirements for a more flexible design process where it has more control over design, features, and modification.
And will have a built-in 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus.
Moreover, the two Windows phone-based phones, Nokia is also preparing two new Symbian-based phones.
Mobile Review also reveals that all WP7 Nokia except the cheapest they will have cameras with auto focus - this is a deliberate move to drive WP7 phones except the Symbian products.
The quarter will be a cheaper version of W7, and will come with the same hardware specs, but with a cheaper body materials.
Among the other 3 new Nokia Windows phone devices are said to be a WP7 version of the Nokia N8 smartphone.
The design of this phone will be similar to N8 and the phone will probably come with a 12-megapixel camera built-in.
The remaining two units will be based on existing Symbian phone design, with one sporting a touch screen, QWERTY keyboard and metal body.
