Rumour: Yet another new HTC Windows Phone 7, codenamed Mazaa?

By Mat Smith on Monday, April 18 2011HTC have been a bit leaky in recent days.
Posted on Apr 18, 2011A have brand new Windows 7 Phone-powered HTC device, known as the HTC Maza, appeared on the web.
Not content to spill a promotional vid for a rumored 16-megapixel camera phone, again powered by Windows 7 Phone, XDA Developers has received some photos of another phone.
The picture comes through XDA-Developers.
So it's another phone? Yes, smart phone pictured, codenamed Maza, has a single LED flash, it looks like there is another model of camera-centric phones disclosed earlier today, as promised dual-flash.
According to the site's source, the device is called HTC Maza and will be powered by Windows Phone 7.At present, there is no official word from HTC on the phone.
Other features revealed include a 3.7-inch touch screen, after the mandatory WinPho 7 requirements and that Maza release date should be within the next six months.
But from what we have read this unit appears to be a US-only affair, at least in the foreseeable future anyway, so BGR claims that Maza is on its way to Sprint.
We have been in contact with HTC who told Recombu that they, not comment on rumors and speculation.
When it comes to specifications, not much is known about Maza.
Same goes for the 16-megapixel camera phone before.
It has GSM capabilities, which means it can be used in the UK, as well as the United States, and a 3.7-inch screen.
Well, it was worth a try.
The image we've seen of the device looks like HTC's current crop of smartphones, with an aluminum unibody, and it looks like a tripod.

XDA source also claimed that the unit ship with DDR2 RAM inside it - although this is not certain.
We will keep you updated on this as we get more news.
