Silverlight, Windows Phone 7 games coming to Xbox 360?

I actually own a Windows 7 Phone and I must say to anyone looking at buying one, do not bother! I took the debate last July, and bought the Samsung model, and since then I've had nothing but problems.
That storey by CNET on Netflix was from 2009 and since then, Netflix has come out defending it that Silverlight is by far the most stable means of delivering cinema available. It has not really been any problems since. Silverlight (Microsoft's attempt to finish with Adobe Flash) and Microsoft Azure (their big cloud initiatve) and two units that Microsoft is really pushing. The following major companies are already using Silverlight: 3M, NASA, General Mills, Volvo, Xerox, The Associated Press, T-Mobile and soon to be Toyota. This is proof that Silverlight is not a candle in the wind.
I updated my phone yesterday with both February and March updates that were available via the Zune on my PC, and since then I can not see any large changes or design tweaks.
S. NO I will not be a blind 360 fanboy, this stuff is very likely. I give my PS3 and Wii as well ... lots of love
Moreover, the signal is diabolical but it's likely the service provider instead of the handset and the Internet is ridiculously slow.
I also have problems with the market place takes for ever to upload and selection of apps is average.
All in all I would buy an Android HTC handsets across this easy.
As for programs that appear on Live, I can not see that this is a good enough reason to delve into their mobile market.
