According to the site's source, the device is called HTC Maza and will be powered by Windows Phone 7.At present, there is no official word from HTC on the phone.
It's a pretty safe bet to say that the screen will be a capacitive touch-screen affair, possibly a 3.7-incher.

When it comes to specifications, not much is known about Maza.
The back of the phone reveals a center-mounted camera, LED flash and an external speaker, but it is difficult to say whether it is a front-facing camera for video calls, where as well.
It has GSM capabilities, which means it can be used in the UK, as well as the United States, and a 3.7-inch screen.

The image we've seen of the device looks like HTC's current crop of smartphones, with an aluminum unibody, and it looks like a tripod.
